We rely on the local fishermen's wives to provide freshly caught seafood from Cardigan Bay.  All seafood served at Craig-y-Nos Bed and Breakfast is fresh out of sea and we will only serve fish and seafood that is fresh that day.  Depending on the time of year, we are able to serve fresh crab, lobster, mussels and wild salmon as well as other delights from the sea.  We also source locally produced meat whenever possible and serve Welsh lamb and beef.  Our cheeses come from the local artisan cheese makers.  Vegetables are grown in the garden whenever possible and raspberries always come from the abundant canes in the kitchen garden.
 
Gillian is frequently asked for sample menus and some are listed below to give an idea of the sort of food you can expect during your stay.  As you would expect, ingredients are sourced with care and we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular menu in advance (especially seafood) but please let us know when you book if you require an evening meal and we will endeavour to serve you some of the best food in West Wales.

If you would like to have a cheese course please add £7 per person to the menu price.  We do not have a licence to serve alcohol but invite you to bring wine with you.
